Profile Page Updates and Monthly Maintenance fees: $24.99

Hitland  membership dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as an ordinary business expense for the current year (subject to a limit of 75% of the dues paid, due to Hitland America ongoing musicadvocacy, considered lobbying under the tax regulations. Please consult your individual tax advisor regarding deductibility. 
 

MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE 

Your signature on the application and your remittance of dues payment constitutes a representation on part that you have not accepted or
agreed to accept any part that you have not accepted or agreed to accept any consideration for your votes in all Hitland matters. Once mem-
bership in Hitland has been accepted, you commit to abide by applicable provisions of the Certificate of Incorporation, The Associates Bylaws,
Governance Manual and all rules and regulations promulgated from time to time by the Board, Membership in the organization can be granted, withheld, suspended, delayed or terminated by Hitland a America if it determines that doing so is the best interests of Hitland America
determined at its sole and absolute discretion.
